The Honduran Finca Santa Maria is grown on a family owned farm on the outskirts of the famous Honduran National Forest Preserve Pico Pijol near the province of Yoro. This coffee is grown at the highest elevations on the property. The combinations of diverse shade trees, rainforest conditions, and the natural irrigation from spring waters provide the optimal micro climate to grow this Pacamara coffee.
Java House takes great measures to insure our customers that our Organic Fair Trade coffees are the best available. This natural process coffee was hand selected by a select group of highly trained coffee farmers, who can recognize the perfectly ripe cherries by their bright burgundy color and their sweet smell.
This light to medium roast coffee will brighten up your morning routine. The lively floral aroma is complemented by undertones of peach, honey, and orange peel. A medium to high acidity lends a crisp and refreshing taste combined with a full body that yields to a creamy cup of coffee. Finca Santa Maria Pacamara is rich in complex flavors like caramel, berries, plums, nectarines, and the spiciness of cloves.
